Cap d’Agde Vacation Rental Apartments & Villas
There are numerous options when it comes to renting an apartment or villa inside the resort. The vacation rentals come in various shapes and some with parking spaces, WiFi, and many with mod-cons such as washing machine, microwave, and also a terrace and some with a sea view.
They provide apartments and villas and also deal with apartment sales, for those of you interested in buying or selling a property in the resort.
Naturist Hotels
(These are inside the naturist resort)
Natureva Spa Hotel: This hotel is INSIDE the naturist resort and located between the main entrance and the beach at 1 Impasse du Bagnas. It’s an easy stroll to the beach from this hotel.
This hotel includes a gym, free WiFi, parking spots, and an indoor swimming pool. Classed as a 5-star hotel (but perhaps 4 stars in the UK or US grading) it’s a very nice hotel. Be warned though, it is usually booked out in the summer months unless you book early.

OZ INN HOTEL: Also classified as a 5-star hotel and similar in standard to Natureva Spa, this is located also INSIDE the resort. This hotel includes a sauna, hammam, and the room we have stayed in were always very spacious and great standard. This is one of the newest and best hotels inside the resort.

Hotels Outside resort
Hotel La Bergerie du Cap – this is an excellent family-run hotel that is within walking distance of the resort and is located just outside the naturist village. Decently priced, this is popular with couples and is also considered gay-friendly. If you want to stay just outside the resort but close enough, or have found that accommodation is booked out inside the resort, this is a great option.
Villa Littoral Guesthouse – For gay travelers, if you prefer to stay outside the resort and have a car, an excellent option is the Villa Littoral guest-house, a 10-minute drive from the resort. Friendly owners and an excellent place to stay. Clean and well managed and near many good facilities.

Campsite and Camping at Cap d’Agde Naturist resort Village
The campsite is located inside the naturist resort and has its own main and side entrances, at which you have to show your campsite pass (unless you are entering to check-in and to get your pass). The whole campsite is run by Rene Oltra, so you must book through them.

Beach Waterproof Containers
These plastic containers are a very simple idea and are an incredibly useful item.
Wondering where you can keep your keys, cigarettes, a credit card and other items when you are at one of the foam parties, in the water or going for a walk along the beach.
These waterproof containers are the answer and you will see many people using them in the resort.
Boca Clips – To Stop your Beach Towel Flying Away!
Another item would is also on my packing list for Cap d’Agde but also for other trips as well are Boca Clips!
You might not have heard of these but they are basically large pegs that are brilliant for stopping the beach towel from continually sliding when you lay on it. They are designed with a large grip to grip a deckchair or sunbed.
A very simple idea and yet makes a day on the beach that much better.

In order to travel light and have a large number of books to choose from on the one device, this is a wonderful item I always take with me on trips to Cap d’Agde.

A2A Airport Transfers France is a company that provides English-speaking drivers and provides transfers and a shuttle service to and from Cap d’Agde resort to and from all local airports including from:

Eurail and Trains to and Through France
For trains in France (and also through Germany, Spain, Italy and within Europe, you can book through the main Eurail site.

Airports
Beziers Cap d’Agde International Airport – is the closest airport to the resort and is served mostly by Ryanair. It is roughly 20 minutes drive from the resort and A2A Taxis offer airport transfers to and from the resort to Beziers airport.
Montpellier International Airport – is the largest airport serving Cap d’Agde and is roughly 45 minutes drive away from the resort. Montpellier airport is connected with many large cities worldwide and thus a significant number of airlines service this airport (too many for us to list here).

1. The Beach Hut
by Veronica Henry – A highly entertaining love story set by the beach (involving a beach hut as the title suggests). Buy it here.
I found this a well-written and enjoyable book with some great characters. Great summer reading as you lay on the beach at Cap d’Agde!
2. Last Days of the Bus Club
The latest book from Chris Stewart following on from his book ‘Driving Over Lemons’ was a great read.
Chris moved to southern Spain with his wife and children and through his writing, tells the story of his battles coming to terms with living in rural Spain. (BUY IT HERE).
If you have ever thought about moving to a place in the sun, you should love this book.
3. The Elephant Whisperer
Anthony Lawrence always writes dramatic stories about his real-life experiences as the owner of a safari lodge in Africa.
In this latest book he talks about his experiences and interactions with the elephants, whilst several sub-stories run such as the continuous battles with the local poachers.

Millau Bridge Viaduct – If you are driving south down through France on your way to Cap d’Adgde, I highly recommend going via the Millau Bridge.

Hotel – Hotel The Peninsula Paris (19 avenue Kleber) If you are interested in a 5-star hotel option, you cannot do much better than The Peninsula. I have stayed in this hotel only once because a client paid for the stay. If you can afford it, there are few betters hotels in Paris.
Barcelona, Spain

Hotel España Ramblas (Sant Pau, 9-11)- Affordable and good all-around hotel and decent location.
One of my favorite hotels in Barcelona when I am there for a few days. Classified as 4-star and close to Las Rambla and all the facilities you might need such as bars, restaurants etc.
